If you are new or considering moving to the area, below are the things that you will need in order to register your child for school.  Please feel free to print off the required forms and bring with you when you come to the school office.  We look forward to meeting you!

THREE Required Proofs of Residency

Birth Certificate

South Carolina Certificate of Immunization - if you are transferring out of state, you can take your immunization record to any health department to have it transferred to a South Carolina Certificate.

• Residency Affidavit - If need as a proof of residency

• Handbook Receipt

• Volunteer Program

• PTO

• School Improvement Council

• Bus Rider Contract 

• After School Program Information

• Release of Records Form - NEW STUDENTS ONLY

• Release of Records Form 2 - NEW STUDENTS ONLY

• SLED form - Must have to volunteer or chaperone.
