Program Overview

The Mid-Carolina High School Rebel Regiment is located in Prosperity, SC.  Directed by Mr. Jed Thomas, the program consists of 92 students in the marching band (which includes grades 8-12).  The Rebel Regiment is classified as a 2A band by the SCBDA but often competes in 3A, 4A and even 5A classes.

Letter from the Editor:

Well guys the marching season is over.  However, just because marching band is over does not mean we don't have important things coming up.  We can look forward to the Prosperity Christmas Parade and the Winter Concert.  Soon after we will have Region Band Auditions which I encourage everyone to participate in.  Region Band is a great experience and it requires a lot of practice.  Disney World is coming in February and I know I can not wait to march in a Disney parade.  Don't forget to keep practicing and to keep up with the band schedule.
