THE PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM IS TO DEVELOP:

   This course develops skills in goal setting, educational and vocational opportunities, and stresses the importance of a high school diploma.  Military standards (haircuts and uniform appearance), are emphasized.  Students are required to wear uniforms one day a week, and participate in three mandatory events:
