Gabbie Folk
I graduated from Newberry College in 2004 with a
Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education.
I received my Master’s degree in Elementary Education from Southern
Wesleyan University in 2008. This is my
4th year teaching at Newberry Elementary, and my 3rd year
teaching 2nd grade. When I
am not teaching I enjoy playing with my dog Payton, watching sports, working
outside, or just simply relaxing with family and friends!
In the classroom it is important to keep all
learning experiences as interesting as possible.
2nd grade is a great challenge where
expectations are set highly for each student and me as well. We all work
together to accomplish the goals we are presented with.
Dr Seuss once said, “Think left and Think right,
Think low and Think high. Oh the Thinks
you can Think up only if you try!”
