Hello Everyone! I’m Ralph Summer, the Lower Elementary Montessori teacher here at Newberry elementary school. I teach in a Montessori classroom, which is a multi-age classroom that is taught using the educational theories of Maria Montessori. I have a Bachelor of Science degree from Charleston Southern University, a Masters of Education degree from Leslie University and an AMS certification. When I’m not teaching, I enjoy reading, hiking and performing as Giggles the Clown. I teach first, second and third graders and we learn a lot of different things.
