🐊Attention Parents and Families!🐊 In case you missed tonight's phone call, here's all the information! 🐊Monday and Tuesday, we are encouraging our students and staff to wear festive holiday wear including hats, sweaters, jewelry, etc. 🐊Thursday and Friday, we are encouraging our students and staff to wear pajamas. NO SLIPPERS, NO SLIDES, or any type of shoe deemed not safe by administration. 🐊Letters went home last week for students returning to face-to-face instruction and for students who will have a new teacher in January. Please let us know if you have any questions. 🐊Friday will be a half day for students. Students will be dismissed at 11:00 am. Lunch will NOT be served on this day. 🐊On January 5, we will still be on a hybrid schedule. Cohort 2 ONLY (the Tuesday/Friday group) will come on Tuesday, January 5th. 🐊January 6 will be our regular virtual Wednesday. 🐊On Thursday, January 7—All cohorts and students moving from virtual will begin attending school. This will begin our 4-day week with Wednesday still being an eLearning day. 🐊Thank you for all that you have done from the beginning of the year to now for your children and our school. This has not been an easy year, but we are getting through it together. We cannot do this alone. We appreciate all the support that you have given Gallman Elementary School. Spirit of the Season Day
🐊Attention Gallman Parents and Families🐊 In case you missed tonight's call, here's all the information! 🐊Letters will be mailed on Wednesday to students who are changing from virtual to face-to-face instruction or (and) who may have a new teacher in January. 🐊Please be sure students are completing assignments and turning them in to their teacher. 🐊Virtual students will be taking i-Ready testing on Monday and Tuesday. Parents of virtual students, please DO NOT help students with any answers. We need to have a valid and accurate snapshot of what they can do on their own so we know how to alter our instruction and help them in areas of deficiency. 🐊Hybrid students will be taking i-Ready testing both days they are at school this week (one day will be ELA and one day will be Math). 🐊Make sure students come to school daily with clean masks. Please screen children at home for COVID-19, flu, and cold symptoms to ensure they are well enough to come to school. 🐊Thank you for all you do! We could not do this alone. Our Gallman Gator Family continues to learn and grow together. We hope you all have a chomp, chomp, chomp Gatoriffic week!

School meals are a great way to stretch the household budget and reduce stress on parents. School meals are also healthy and meet federal nutrition standards. In fact, studies show that students who participate in school meal programs have better overall diet quality than students who don’t participate.
