Mid-Carolina High School JROTC Cadets Thomas Boozer, Jazlyn Clark-Gable, Karissa Futrell, Sierra Herod, Alexis Leyva-Pacheco, and Luke Nersinger completed the JROTC Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC). JCLC is a rigorous six-day leadership camp held annually at Fort Jackson where approximately 900 Cadets from high school JROTC programs meet. The intent of JCLC is to challenge Cadets in an austere environment and develop their leadership, communication, and social skills.
Special recognition went to Cadet Thomas Boozer as he earned Distinguished Honor Cadet status.
